Q. How do I get my loan files to you? A. You can courier, fax or email the loan file to us. We will confirm receipt and start working on it right away. Q. What does MHMS need to submit my files to the lender? A. A complete file including submission form, passcodes for DU or LP and lender websites, account numbers for FedEx or UPS. Q. How is MHMS paid? A. We will send an invoice to you along with an Attachment A disclosure. After you approve these, they will be forwarded to the title closer and our fee will appear on the HUD. No checks to write! |
